solderandmore.com offers the following Returns Policy: If material is found to be defective by the manufacturer will replace it at no charge to you. Please be advised that solder paste is very sensitive to storage, shipping and handling conditions. If you ask us to ship it via a method that is not approved like UPS Ground or Blue during the summer months we will not replace the material. You accept the risk associated with not shipping it the way we recommend and the manufacturer recommends. Solder paste needs to be refrigerated at all times until you are ready to use it. Most of the Solder paste products have a six month shelf life from the date of manufacture. If you purchase "Syntech" solder paste the shelf life is one year from Date of Mfg. if it's refrigerated. Syntech is good for six months at room temperature. We will send you the freshest material possible.
